From our Selection division, we are currently looking for an Optician to join a premium optical retail brand in Berlin, recognized internationally for combining innovation, design, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional optical advice tailored to each customer’s visual needs and lifestyle.

- Perform vision pre-tests and support customers throughout the consultation process.

- Advise clients on frames, lenses, coatings, and customized optical solutions.

- Carry out frame adjustments, fittings, and after-sales service.

- Ensure the highest standards of customer care and brand experience.

- Support stock management, merchandising, and daily store operations.

- Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve commercial objectives.

What We Are Looking For

- Certified Optician qualification or equivalent professional training.

- Previous experience in optics, eyewear, or optical retail environments.

- Strong product knowledge in lenses, frames, and visual solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commercial mindset with passion for customer service.

- Fluent German required; English is highly valued.
